Nurse Practitioner

Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner
Serve the Yorkton community as a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner in Needle Exchange. Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to promote quality health care outcomes for clients.

This temporary position at Yorkton Community Services calls for an experienced Nurse Practitioner reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager. You'll utilize your full scope of practice in this role while supporting patients in an established framework of care. The position emphasizes collaboration and integrated primary health care within Saskatchewan Health Authority policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive health care as a Nurse Practitioner

• Collaborate with the Primary Health Care Leadership team

• Ensure adherence to established professional standards

• Promote primary health care goals in daily operations

• Maintain accountability for personal nursing practice

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of recent nursing experience

• At least two years as an advanced RN (NP)

• Experience in inpatient services or harm reduction

• Master of Nursing degree required
