Position: Yorkton LPN – Flexible Shifts Available
Join our team at Yorkton District Nursing Home as a Licensed Practical Nurse. This part-time role supports patient health and well-being with flexible day, night, and weekend shifts.

As an LPN in the Alzheimers Skinner Nursing Unit, your responsibilities will include promoting health, providing guidance to patients, and maintaining communication within our healthcare team. The position, with a 0.7 FTE, requires a Practical Nursing diploma and active LPN licensing to deliver quality care across various shifts. Your organizational skills will play a crucial role in meeting the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate residents about health and wellness

• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary care approach

• Address patient care during extended shifts

• Perform organizational tasks and lead effectively

• Utilize computer skills for documentation purposes

Requirements:

• Completed Practical Nursing diploma

• Active LPN license required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team

• Registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK
