Lead Quality Assurance Supervisor in Food

Join Louis Dreyfus Company as a Lead Quality Assurance Supervisor to support Pea Protein production. You'll focus on quality management systems and certification compliance in food manufacturing.

This role offers the opportunity to supervise a dedicated team while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance at the Pea Protein facility. You will implement, manage, and continually enhance the Quality Management System, including handling audits and certification processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to promoting a culture of food safety and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the Quality Management System

• Oversee internal audit programs and manage corrective actions

• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain food safety training programs

• Coordinate change management and monitors non-conformances

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ quality experience in food or pharma

• Required Lead Auditor ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration

• Technical knowledge of food manufacturing equipment
