Support Dollar Tree store operations in a part time Assistant Store Manager position focused on customer service and team development.
This Assistant Store Manager helps coordinate daily activities, merchandise flow, store standards, and associate support. The position includes customer assistance, opening and closing procedures, promotional displays, and corporate directives. It also supports ordering, record keeping, loss prevention, and Store Associate training.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily store functions and activities
- Help customers and address questions or concerns
- Transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to sales floors
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Lift up to 55 pounds and perform frequent physical activities
