The Ministry of Social Services is looking for dedicated professionals to aid families through critical interventions. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate needs and create tailored case plans
• Document all case progress and safety risks

• De-escalate crises and adjust plans accordingly
Requirements:
• Knowledge of human services policies
• Diploma or degree in related field preferred
• Proven experience in human services roles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and travel capability
