The Coordinator will lead culturally relevant programs for Indigenous and global initiatives to enhance student transition and success. You’ll build strong relationships with Indigenous communities and external partners while addressing barriers that students may face. The role requires both in-person and remote service delivery, alongside occasional travel to First Nation communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate culturally relevant engagement initiatives across the college

• Support student transitions by connecting them to necessary services

• Build relationships with Indigenous communities and external agencies

• Develop community engagement activities in partnership with local stakeholders

• Deliver services based on student needs and accessibility

Requirements:

• Post-secondary Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields

• Minimum one year of experience in learner support or community development

• Ability to apply education and experience in practical situations
