This position with Yorkton Kids First is suited for a nurturing individual who is passionate about supporting families. As a Home Visitor, you will conduct home visits, assist families in developing personalized goals, and connect them to community resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent support through home visits

• Use a strength-based approach with diverse families

• Help families outline their goals and actions

• Maintain comprehensive records of your visits

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Relevant experience with families and children is an asset

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Recent Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Flexible scheduling including evenings as needed
