Position: Yorkton KidsFirst Home Visitor Role
Help transform lives as a Kids First Home Visitor with the Society For The Involvement Of Good Neighbors Inc. This temporary full-time position in Yorkton allows you to provide essential support to families in need.

As a Home Visitor for Yorkton Kids First, you will work directly with families, fostering trust and providing the necessary resources for their development.

Your role includes assisting families in goal creation, ensuring they have access to community supports, and maintaining accurate home visit records. This position requires a keen sense of flexibility and an inclination to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships through home visits

• Guide families in establishing their goals and objectives

• Record and monitor home visit data with accuracy

• Facilitate referrals to community resources

• Offer independent support while contributing to team efforts

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or relevant qualifications

• Experience in child and family services is beneficial

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

• Recent clear Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights
