Position OverviewWe are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in‑house rehab team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in skilled nursing/long‑term care settings and familiarity with the Net Health electronic documentation system. This full‑time position offers 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
- Assist with patient evaluations and contribute to individualized care plans.
- Deliver goal‑driven treatment programs to help residents improve independence and functional abilities.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
- Prior experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred.
- Experience with Net Health or other electronic documentation systems is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a resident‑focused mindset.
