Position Summary

The Mechanic (Hydraulic & All Terrain Equipment) is responsible for inspecting and repairing vehicles and machinery. This position oversees maintenance inspections, monitors inventory, assembles mechanical components, and performs repairs. The Mechanic operates as a hydraulic technician and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic components on equipment.

• Conduct regular maintenance on machinery, systems, vehicles
• Design a plan of action for all tasks and upgrades
• Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
• Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records
• Rotate and balance tires, maintain oil, filters, and fluids, lubricate parts, inspect and replace hoses and belts
• Reassemble machines and equipment
• Contain costs through the use of warranty claims and evaluate service and parts options
• Update knowledge by participating in educational opportunities such as reading technical publications

• Two (2) or more years of experience as a Mechanic
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of essential job functions and responsibilities
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Meet all physical requirements of the position
• Pass all drug and alcohol screens as required by Company policy and, if applicable, required by DOT regulations
• 18 years of age or older, or 21 if CDL is required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Associate’s Degree or Vocational/Trade School Certification
• Welding Certifications
• ASE Certifications
• Fluid Power Certifications
• Class A CDL License
