A bumper to bumper, master certified technician capable of diagnosing and repairing any system of the automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various capacities.

Pay is structured as a flat-rate system based on your ability and efficiency. Your speed and skill directly dictate your overall earnings. Our dealership has high service retention, as we put our customers first in every decision we make. Our shop has high earning potential and a smooth, steady workflow. The pace is fast, but it is organized. We want techs who love staying in a rhythm and moving efficiently from one car to the next.

We also handle our high volume by making sure the parts department operates smoothly for shop efficiency as well.

Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
