Job Description

Tremco Incorporated is a leading manufacturer of products for the construction and new building maintenance markets and a fast-growing division of RPM. Our Weatherproofing Technologies Division is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with proven experience in supervising commercial construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

The responsibilities include jobsite safety, resolving project issues, scheduling, coordinating between subcontractors and owner operations, quality assurance, compliance with specifications, project cost management, and reporting on project status to ensure owner satisfaction.

This role requires 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman. Candidates must be able to maintain project records, interface with owners, subcontractors, and management. Travel is required.

Additional duties include developing and enforcing jobsite safety plans, reviewing specifications and shop drawings, estimating costs, scheduling, supporting sales efforts, and managing communication with field resources and customers.

Essential skills include a core understanding of general building standards, scheduling, OSHA 10 Hour Certification, comprehensive knowledge of construction management, and excellent communication skills. Computer literacy in email, web, MS Word, and MS Excel is required.

The hourly rate typically ranges from $20 to $33, depending on qualifications and other considerations.
