Customer Sales Support - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 25-01563

Salary Range: $50K - $60K Permanent Position with Benefits

Greater Youngstown, Ohio area Industrial Manufacturing Company seeks an experienced Customer Sales Support person who has some experience with scheduling and expediting production orders. This position will support account managers and handle customer inquiries and requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School, GED, Associates and /or Bachelor degree with a minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience as a Customer Sales Support person working for an industrial manufacturing firm.
• Prior experience working as in Customer Sales Support is Preferred.
• Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
• Outgoing friendly personality who will represent the company as the inside customer account manager, handles customer inquiries and requests, schedule and expedite production orders, create invoices, and schedule shipping.
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and other business software.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
