Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Architect located in Youngstown, OH. The Licensed Architect will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including architectural design, project management, and integration of various elements into the overall architectural plans. The role will involve working closely with the construction team, liaising with clients, and ensuring that all projects meet both creative and technical standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and Integration
• Ability to use relevant architecture and design software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Licensed to practice architecture in the state of Ohio
• Experience in commercial and residential real estate projects is a plus
