General Radiologist

Columbus Radiology Corporation (CRC) is seeking a full-time partner radiologist in Youngstown, OH. Generalists and all subspecialists are encouraged to apply to support our growing practice in Central Ohio. The ideal candidate will be capable of reading general diagnostic imaging and maintaining a desire to work in a collaborative environment with local referring physicians.

Practice Info

• Supporting 7 health systems, 25+ hospitals (including 3 Level 1 Trauma Centers) and 70 ambulatory care centers
• Non-breast, non-IR partners work few or no driving shifts with several remote day shifts from home
• Operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, CORE (Center of Radiology Excellence)

Responsibilities

• Comfortable with all modalities within subspecialty
• Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
• Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice

Compensation

• $570K+ starting annual compensation (inclusive of 401K profit sharing contribution)
• $50K Sign on Bonus
• $150K commencement bonus
• $25K Retention
• The salary range for this position is $447K-$1M
• This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
• Substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation and partner compensation averaging $800K annually

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• 10 Weeks PTO
• 1-year partnership track (includes Radiology Partners equity)
• Partner total shifts 200 inclusive of 20 evenings and 20 weekend shifts (10 total weekends)

Qualifications

• Licensed or have the ability to be licensed in the state of Ohio
• Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
