Webuild Staffing or ) is actively seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Project Manager to lead oil and gas, power, and civil / utility land survey development in the eastern Ohio marketplace.

• Oversee the preparation of critical survey documents, including boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeouts, as-builts, ALTA surveys, and topographical surveys.
• Set up and guide field crews in the field, ensuring accurate data collection, analyze field data, and draft survey reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure all projects meet client specifications and are completed within budget, timelines, and proposal specifications.
• Manage in-office and field surveying tasks, including the preparation of project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Geomatics or a related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) registration in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum 8 years of direct experience in land surveying, focusing on land development, construction staking and grading projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and experience with Trimble equipment and Total Station.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
