Broadband Hospitality, a leading provider of hospitality interactive application development and technology services, is GROWING! BBH has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Assistant Controller position in our Youngstown, OH office.

BBH is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our dynamic accounting team. The Assistant Controller will play a critical role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment. This position will report to our SVP of Finance.

• Financial Reporting: Prepares and consolidates monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Internal Controls: Establish, maintain, and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
• General Ledger: Manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist the Senior Vice President of Finance with budget preparation, analysis, and monitoring of accounts.
• Analysis: Perform various accounting analyses, cost variance analysis, and present findings to the SVP of Finance.
• Supervision: Under the direction of the SVP of Finance, oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
• Work independently and with a team in a fast‑paced and high‑volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• BA/BS Degree
• 3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience with Acumatica or Salesforce preferred but not required.
• This is an on‑site position at our corporate office.
