Daily Expectations and Duties—Overview- Assess patients, coordinate assessments, and prepare a narrative summary that includes problem areas, client strengths, treatment recommendations, and diagnosis.
- Provide individual counseling and patient access to individualized treatment.
- Facilitate the patient’s active participation in treatment planning and inform the patient of available alternative treatment services and procedures.
- Participate in an integrated healthcare network that emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high‑quality patient care.
- Coordinate with care managers to provide wrap‑around services.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision meetings.
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field (LISW, LPCC, LICDC required).
- Supervisor designation is strongly preferred but not required.
- Competency or training in mental health, substance use disorder treatment, and co‑occurring disorders.
