Administrative Assistant (Healthcare) – Part-Time Plus (.5 FTE)

Premier Therapy, an award-winning and privately owned therapy services provider with over 20 years of experience in senior living communities, is seeking a Part-Time Plus Administrative Assistant to support our growing team at Heritage Manor in Youngstown, Ohio. This is a high-priority position due to increased census and offers a flexible schedule within daytime hours.
Position Details- Employment Status:
Part-Time Plus - FTE: 0.5
- Hours:
20-31 hours per week - Schedule:
Flexible, must be available between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (No on-site work before 7:00 AM or after 4:00 PM) - Location:
On-site at Heritage Manor Therapy Gym, Gypsy Lane, Youngstown, OH
- Submit and follow up on insurance authorizations
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding therapy services and progress
- Contact family members to assist with discharge planning
- Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely communication
- Prior experience with insurance authorizations strongly preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Healthcare experience a plus
- No licensure or certification required
- Communicates professionally and confidently
- Thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment
- Is reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated
