Key Details- Certified MA or LPN
- Austintown, Ohio
- Full-time, 4-5 days/week
- Pay based on experience
Base pay range: $16.50/hr – $19.00/hr.
Schedule & Hours- Monday-Friday.
- 7:45 am – 5:30 pm.
- 7:45 am – 4:30 pm in the summer.
- No evenings or weekends required.
- Paid time off for major holidays (after 90 days).

- Prior experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

- Leadership and mentorship skills.
- Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
- Take and record measurements of height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
- Administer immunizations, aerosol treatments and medications as ordered.
- Perform diagnostic testing as ordered and record results accurately.
- Communicate with patients’ family to provide results, instructions, advice and relay information to practitioners in a timely manner.
- Schedule patients.
- Faxing, referrals, taking payments, facilitating patient communication with providers.
- Strong desire to work with pediatric demographic.
- Maintain an upbeat, encouraging demeanor.
- Ability to undertake a variety of care tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Determination to learn and accurately follow the practice's policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Dependability with attendance and transportation.
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS Certification (Required).
- LPN or Certified MA.
