Rapidly growing! Urgently hiring! $1,000 sign-on bonus! The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides quality care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in home care settings. Shift times can include early mornings, late afternoons, and early evenings.

• Follow the instructions and the established service plan for each individual.
• Provide or assist individuals with activities of daily living: bathing, hair care, oral care, nail care, skin care, transfers, ambulation, dressing, medication reminders, and other assigned tasks.
• Assist with household tasks such as sweeping, mopping, trash, dishes, dusting, laundry, and related duties.
• Prepare meals according to the individual’s preferred or prescribed diet; feed the individual if required.
• Accompany the individual to community settings for social or recreational activities, medical appointments, and approved errands.
• Remain alert to changes in behavior or physical condition and notify the supervisor immediately.
• Provide individualized training in compliance with healthcare professionals’ instructions and specific guidelines.
• Promote independence in daily activities to advance decision‑making and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the home, including safe use of equipment such as side rails, oxygen, wheelchairs, Hoyer lifts, and throw rugs.
• Observe and report safety hazards found in the home.
• Document time worked via the mobile app and Electronic Visit Verification for each visit.
• Record accurately the tasks performed per individual.
• Ensure confidentiality of records and information.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Attend and complete required employee in‑services, meetings, and compliance documents promptly.
• Follow organizational policies on infection control, hazardous waste disposal, and PPE usage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional OR minimum of 1‑year experience in a related field OR current STNA certification.
• Home Health Aide 75‑hour training certificate.
• Current driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the individual’s needs.
• Ability to address and respond to all individual situations.
• Passion to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care in home settings.
• Capability to perform essential duties in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting productivity standards.
