Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Part Times Available!

Via Quest Residential Services is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and ining for this position is provided in its entirety, so no prior experience is required.

$17.00/hr – $18.00/hr

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of their life.
• Completing household tasks, including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Personal, reliable vehicle; willingness and ability to transport individuals served.
• Valid OH driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record meets Via Quest’s Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Ability to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs, and to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
