Any Lab Test Now - Youngstown, OH is a walk-in lab testing clinic that empowers people to take charge of their health with fast, convenient, and transparent lab testing. We’re looking for a Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant–Phlebotomist who is confident with blood draws and loves delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will:

• Perform blood drawsfor a variety of clinical lab tests.
• Collect other specimens as needed, such as urine, saliva, buccal swabs, and hair, following strict protocols.
• Correctlylabel specimens, verify identity, and complete all paperwork/chain-of-custody formsfor clinical and employer testing.
• Prepare specimens for shipment to our accredited laboratory partners (including centrifuging when required).
• Provide friendly, professional customer service—explaining procedures, answering process-related questions, and helping customers feel at ease.
• Assist withfront-desk and clinic operationsas needed (check-in, payment, scheduling, data entry, answering phones).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow
  
  OSHA and company safety standardsat all times.
• Support special programs and partner accounts that require precise phlebotomy and kit handling.

Must have

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completedphlebotomy or medical assistant training program.
• Current phlebotomy/MA certification and/or license, as required by state law.
• Proven, recent experience performing venipuncture with a high degree of accuracy and patient comfort.

Nice to have

• Experience in an outpatient lab, physician office, blood draw center, or walk-in clinic.
• Familiarity with clinical lab tests, drug testing, and/or DNA collections.
• Comfortable using computers to enter data and navigate web-based systems.

• Detail-oriented and serious about specimen integrity and documentation.
• Compassionate and customer-focused, able to put nervous patients at ease.
• Ateam playerwho can flex between back-of-clinic and front-desk tasks.
• Calm, professional, and reliable!
