Outpatient Therapist

Advanced Counseling Solutions, LLC is a private mental health organization serving Mahoning and Trumbull counties in Ohio and nearby areas. With a team of skilled providers and professional staff, we offer compassionate and confidential support to children, adolescents, and adults facing life adjustments and stressors. Our services include individual, marital, family, and group therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, substance abuse, PTSD, and more.

Role Description

The Outpatient Therapist will provide counseling services to individuals, families, couples, and groups, focusing on mental health and behavioral issues. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating therapy sessions, and maintaining client records in compliance with professional standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Youngstown, OH.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
• Experience and training in Social Work and Psychology
• Expertise in providing Family Therapy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Current licensure as an LPCC, LISW, LPC, LSW or PsyD/PhD in Psychology in Ohio
• Experience in working with diverse populations and various age groups
