HR Generalist

HR Generalist - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 25-01706 Salary Range: $75K - $90K Permanent Position with Benefits Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks to hire an HR Generalist to advise union and non-union employees and manage human resource operations. REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources or equivalent is strongly preferred Manage and document complaints, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts Oversee employee relations and recommend improvements Develop job descriptions, conduct wage analysis, and establish key performance indicators 1+ years' of event planning experience in manufacturing a plus Discuss staffing needs and monitor contractor use Working knowledge of Paylocity & Workable is preferred Open and close job postings and maintain accurate onboarding processes Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders Review contracts and reconcile invoices Conduct employee interviews, orientations and set up employees in the payroll system Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD 401K, bonus, scholarships, educational reimbursement, paid volunteerism, paid personal and professional development provided Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
