As a Team Leader, you will lead a customer-centric team, manage a single tax office, and help accelerate seasonal tax business growth. Your role includes developing your team, ensuring excellent client service, and meeting growth objectives. We will support your professional development as you serve as a knowledgeable resource on tax topics.

Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries, and at least 2 years as a Tax Professional. You should have prior experience in customer service or supervisory roles, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or higher is required.
