• Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual pay of $50,000 – $54,277 with a 45 hour work week.

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful, and establish essential community relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting our customers first.

• Bachelor’s degree, or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor’s.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years and no drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or future.
• At least 18 years old.
