We are looking for a Sanitation Supervisor to elevate sanitation performance in a food manufacturing environment. The role involves overseeing sanitation programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, GMP, HACCP, DOT HAZMAT, 5S, and other relevant standards.

• Introduce new procedures and systems to elevate sanitation performance.
• Stay certified and knowledgeable in GMPs, HACCP, DOT HAZMAT transportation, 5S, and other relevant standards.
• Oversee sanitation programs and vendor services for pest control and housekeeping.
• Ensure hygienic standards are maintained throughout all facilities.
• Monitor employee practices related to cleanliness and sanitation inside and outside the facility.
• Write accident and problem reports.
• Communicate safety, quality, and food safety policies to all employees and ensure such policies are applied.
• Manage the Clean‑In‑Place (CIP), Clean‑Out‑of‑Place (COP), and Allergen Cross‑Contact sanitation systems.
• Evaluate and forecast staffing demands and scheduling.
• Complete and report all sanitation paperwork, budgeting, and inventory.
• Coordinate and verify cleaning responsibilities and ensure that any defaulting processes are stopped and reviewed.
• Perform inspections and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and company protocols.
• Complete comprehensive evaluation of sanitation processes and practices and provide feedback for improvements or modifications.
• Have previous experience in cleaning, sanitation, and reassembly of equipment.

• Associate’s degree.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
