Production Team Member - Upholstery - Morning Shift

Gasser Chair is looking for a full-time, experienced Upholstery Associate to join our team! A well established organization in business for over 79 years, Gasser Chair is the world's premier manufacturer of built to order seating products for casinos, as well as for hospitality and institutional needs.

• Inspect raw materials prior to performing operations to ensure proper quality standards and alert the supervisor to any substandard raw materials or prior operations
• Use staple guns, scissors, air drivers, hammers, mallets, or other tools to apply and install batting, foam, poly-filler and cut fabric to chair framework in the assembly of custom hand-crafted furniture according to specifications to achieve high quality appearance and comfort
• Measure and cut fabric and other materials with the aid of patterns or stencils and industrial cutting tools to precise sizes and dimensions
• Follow and comply with all safety policies at all times
• Maintain cleanly departmental housekeeping standards

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
