Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, planning, and execution of the annual marketing plan for residential product lines in the U.S.
- Oversee communication strategies and product launch plans, working closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, evaluate marketing initiatives, and recommend strategies to strengthen market positioning.
- Supervise the creation and production of sales and marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, spec sheets, and trade show materials.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of go‑to‑market strategies to maximize product visibility and brand awareness across distribution networks.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Manage media campaigns (traditional and digital), including budget and performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Coordinate co‑op marketing programs and measure marketing performance in collaboration with the sales team, dealers, and partners.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to sales, customer satisfaction, and marketing performance, proposing actions for continuous improvement.
- Oversee multi‑segment marketing initiatives targeting manufacturers, retailers, architects, designers, and contractors to promote Novatech products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing project management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot is an asset).
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
- Creative, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and delivering tangible results.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to travel across the United States and Canada, as required.
