The VISTA will increase OCCHA's capacity to deliver high-quality programs that address poverty and meet community needs, strengthen partnerships, and expand resources. Their work will directly enhance program effectiveness, sustainability, and community engagement.

• Evaluate all OCCHA programs for alignment with community priorities.
• Identify areas for improvement and update workflows and guidelines.
• Assist in pursuing funding opportunities to sustain and grow programs.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to boost engagement.
• Develop partnerships with organizations and stakeholders to enhance program quality and reach.
• Help design new programs that respond to evolving community needs.
