* Position Summary:

** We are seeking a compassionate and skilled
** Nurse Practitioner
** to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
* Order and interpret diagnostic tests
* Develop and implement treatment plans
* Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
* Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

* Qualifications:

*** Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
* Current Nurse Practitioner license in [State]

* Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
