We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our team in Youngstown, OH. This role offers a consistent block schedule (7 on / 7 off) and the chance to work closely with a collaborative care team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.
What You'll Do- Provide inpatient medical rounding in a small, tight-knit facility
- Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient recovery and well-being
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with inpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team where your expertise makes a direct impact on patient recovery. The 7-on/7-off schedule offers balance and predictability, allowing you to excel professionally while maintaining your life outside of work.
Requirements- Ohio State Medical License
- Certified APRN
