Join Our Team at Village Green Animal Hospital in Brookfield, OH
Village Green Animal Hospital is a privately‑owned, family‑oriented practice where work‑life balance isn't just a talking point—it's how we operate. Since opening in 2011, we've built a collaborative, supportive environment where veterinarians can practice excellent medicine without the pressure and burnout that has become too common in this profession.
About Our PracticeWe're housed in a historical home with a parking lot, garage, and yard—it feels welcoming rather than sterile. Our team knows clients by their first names, we celebrate accomplishments together, and we maintain the kind of low‑turnover, long‑term staff that signals a healthy workplace. Dr. Patiola, our owner, loves surgery and is flexible and open to new techniques. And he values work‑life balance.
Now, as we grow, we're adding another veterinarian who values autonomy, quality patient care, and a practice culture built on respect and collaboration.
