• Small animal practice with a focus on quality care
• Modern equipment: digital radiography, in‑house blood analyzers, anesthesia monitoring, dental equipment, surgical tools, standard diagnostic equipment
• Experienced, collaborative support staff who've been here for years
• Clinical collaboration with other area clinics when you need a second opinion
• Support from reception, vet assistants, and a team that genuinely likes working together
• 4‑day work week with no emergency or on‑call hours

• Building long‑term relationships with clients in a practice where clients are known by their first name
• Routine surgery with opportunities to develop your surgical skills
• Wellness exams, sick pet visits, and comprehensive small animal medicine
• Making autonomous medical decisions with appropriate clinical support
• Growing professionally through continued training and CE opportunities

Compensation: $130,000–$160,000 (based on experience), with no negative accrual on 20% production.
