• Ensure the quality assurance of products manufactured
• Work directly with customers to determine quality issues
• Perform root cause analysis of quality issues and implement necessary corrective actions
• Ensure products comply with industry and customer quality standards
• Complete and submit quality documentation (PPAPs, etc)
• Develop and improve quality inspection standards
• Monitor quality inspection data

• Previous Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, or similar processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal employees and customers
