Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities- Supervise an F&B outlet for: the assigned shift and manage daily operations.
- Support, administer, and manage operational goals, monitoring deficiency performance and profit objectivesagh.
- Create effective schedules, maintain labor costs, meet staffing objectives, and achieve guest satisfaction.
- Assist in the budget process, provide recommendations, ensure compliance with departmental budgets, and report concerns to the Executive Chef.
- Support, promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards.
- Ensure all team members follow customer service standards and address issues promptly.
- Achieve overall department customer service goals.
- Possess knowledge of gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department.
- Assist in developing service procedures and maintaining efficient sanitary conditions.
- Monitor cost‑control methods and procedures by tracking pars and inventory.
- Assist the Executive Chef with administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure regulatory compliance within the area of responsibility and report potential issues to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of departmental and company matters.

- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
- Manage work procedures and expedite workflow.
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals entity strictly.
- Present information effectively and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Interact with guests, staff, and colleagues to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically.
