As an Assistant Store Manager at Banter by Piercing Pagoda, you will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on team standards, achieving sales and profit projections, providing top‑level customer satisfaction, developing skills of team members through training, recruitment, selection, and enforcing company policies.

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards and achievement.
• Support sales and profit projection attainment and contribute to a customer‑centric atmosphere.
• Develop team members’ product knowledge and skills through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as required.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

• Base pay plus commission on sales.
