Salary: $13.00 to $20.00 per hour
This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. A minimum of 1 year retail management experience is required.

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, leading staff, achieving financial goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.
Responsibilities include:- Customer engagement and issue resolution.
- Training and developing staff.
- Recruitment and onboarding.
- Store opening/closing, asset protection, inventory management.
- Financial analysis and profitability management.
- Maintaining operational standards and safety procedures.
- Supporting store growth and customer acquisition efforts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Effective supervision skills.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
- Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and multitasking.
