Salary: $13.00 to $20.00 per hour

This role is designed for external retail assistant managers and store managers interested in “fast-tracking” into a Store Management position. A minimum of 1 year retail management experience is required.

Seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least 6 months of management experience. Responsible for daily store operations, leading staff, achieving financial goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Offers hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

• Customer engagement and issue resolution.
• Training and developing staff.
• Recruitment and onboarding.
• Store opening/closing, asset protection, inventory management.
• Financial analysis and profitability management.
• Maintaining operational standards and safety procedures.
• Supporting store growth and customer acquisition efforts.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Effective supervision skills.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Must be 18+, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and multitasking.
