• Provide high‑quality haircuts and grooming services for men.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Offer styling advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Assist in inventory and retail sales.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast‑paced environment.

• Competitive pay—stylists average between $25 and $30 per hour with hourly base pay and tips, plus additional pay with service commission, retail commission, and bonuses.

• Valid Barber/Cosmetology license in Ohio.
