Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually appealingly, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes and visual merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain store security.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Communicate effectively and work as a team to achieve goals.
• Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred, especially if you're passionate about music and pop culture.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
