Seasonal Task Associate

Overview

Seasonal Task Associate (STA) at Ulta Beauty supports sales drivers by ensuring fixtures are stocked, store is clean, and operational tasks are completed. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, people, and process compliance, following Ulta’s policies and standards.

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping assigned work areas replenished, signed, and faced, ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain high store standards and overall cleanliness.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.

• Education
  :
  High school diploma preferred.
• Experience
  : 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Skills
  :
  Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system, Apple devices); ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to solve problems.
• Special Position Requirements
  :
  Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Working Conditions
  :
  Continuous mobility, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, twisting, and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. during shift.

Pay range: $13.50 - $18.40 per hour, variable based on education, qualifications, experience, shift, location, and business needs. Overtime pay may apply; benefits vary between full‑time and part‑time positions.
