As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. • Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest AEO & Aerie products that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
• Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork.
• Adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures with integrity.
