Pet Supplies Plus in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor who is passionate about people and pets. You will help lead daily operations, coach teammates, and ensure outstanding neighborly service while engaging with customers and their four-legged friends.
You’ll support store leadership, cover management duties up to four days a week, and help recruit and onboard team members. A high school diploma or GED, retail experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.
