MVP Home Improvements is a fast‑growing acrylic bath remodeling company. We are seeking a Call Center Representative to work in our Youngstown office, providing customer service and appointment setting via telephone.

General

Purpose:

Use excellent customer‑service skills to contact homeowners by phone, schedule free consultations, and input lead information.

• Deliver scripted pitch and adjust it to homeowner needs
• Handle homeowner questions and objections
• Gather homeowner information (name, address, phone, etc.)
• Schedule appointments over the phone
• Enter appointment details and conversation notes into the computer system
• Confirm appointments with canvassers or sales reps
• Issue appointments for representatives to meet prospective homeowners
• Perform quality‑control phone calls
• Answer calls from potential homeowners responding to ads
• Follow up on initial interactions
• Update lead information and maintain reports

• Understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Prior telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotion experience
• Product knowledge (training provided)
• Proficiency with computer applications

Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average earnings $45,000, top performers over $60,000.

Full‑time, entry‑level.
