We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our nationally recognized team at our Youngstown, OH, location. • Responsible for the sales of new and used trucks (Peterbilt or otherwise) in the assigned Youngstown AOR.
• Efficiently prospect, generate spec quotes, give sales presentations to both small and large customers, and manage time and territory.
• Make calls to new and existing customers to provide sales solutions and support, always aiming to exceed their expectations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Two or more years in the industry, knowledge of the territory, and knowledge of class 6‑8 truck sales or related products. Residency within the territory is highly preferred.

• Strong Communicator – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter & Problem‑solver – strong time management, territory management, and attention to detail.
• Customer Service Excellence – outstanding service to all customers with a positive attitude.
• Multi‑Tasking & Prioritization – high energy, ability to handle multiple tasks independently and in a team.
• Computer Skills – basic Microsoft applications.
• Technical & Mechanical Skills – strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn technical material.
