We are seeking motivated Account Managers to grow a territory through cold calling, B2B prospecting, and maintaining relationships with current accounts. You will generate new revenue while ensuring service excellence for all work environments.

• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling.
• Create brand awareness.
• Build relationships and demonstrate the capabilities of our products.
• Implement and sell innovative customer programs to create unique value.
• Manage a given territory and interact directly with current and potential customers.
• Serve commercial businesses, federal/state/local buildings, educational facilities, and health‑care/industrial buildings.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Local market travel using a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must reside within the territory you apply to work.
• Ability and desire to service customers.
• Computer proficient.
