• Assist other departments to enhance guest service effectiveness.
• Handle all escorts of money transactions in accordance with State Gaming Regulations and established internal controls.
• Monitor gaming floor for minors.
• Respond to disturbances, emergencies and alarms on the racino and throughout the property.
• Maintain public order and enforce safety rules.
• Perform Bill Validator drops.
• Escort team members, visitors and vendors into sensitive areas with prior approval.
• Perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.

• Ability to handle stressful situations and engage the general public.
• Employ tact when dealing with difficult team members, guests or situations.
• Identify and quickly respond to potential problems, conflicts and defend self and others in combative situations.
• Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Multi–task as required; work with all departments across a variety of posts.
• Flexible and adaptable as circumstances demand.
• Other duties, as needed.

• No supervisory responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Proper English reading and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
• Phased physical demands including standing, lifting up to 35 lbs., and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and balance.
• Work environment: moderate noise level; surveillance present; exposure to second‑hand tobacco smoke.
