• Wants to be trained and learn more
• Has at least some experience working on trucks
• Is eager to gain hands‑on experience in diesel mechanics and millwright skills

• Assist mechanic with inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on heavy equipment and trucks
• Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Participate and develop technical skills in both diesel mechanics and millwright work

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or coursework preferred)
• At least some experience working on trucks
• Strong interest in mechanical systems and repair
• Must have own set of basic tools
• Someone who wants to be trained and learn more
• Willingness to work weekends (not all, but definitely some)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
