Gutter Installation & Service Technician (Hourly – Full-Time)

Window World – Boardman, OH

Window World is seeking a motivated and skilled Gutter Installation & Service Technician to join our team at our Boardman location. This is a full-time, hourly position with pay based on experience.

• Perform professional installation of 5" and 6" aluminum gutters and gutter protection systems
• Follow Window World’s established installation standards and procedures
• Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installs and service calls
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment at all job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and safety procedures

• Previous gutter installation experience is REQUIRED
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Knowledge of general construction and installation techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders up to 40', walking on roofs)
• Valid driver’s license with ability to operate a box truck
• Must pass background check and drug test (including marijuana)
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and job site cleanliness
